We build and maintain both the recommendation system and the user-facing tools in-house so product decisions, data usage choices, and support standards stay consistent.

How we evaluate recommendation quality

We review recommendation quality continuously by checking role relevance, skill overlap quality, and whether ranked jobs are realistically actionable for the selected profile settings. The goal is not to maximize generic match counts; the goal is to improve decision quality so users can prioritize fewer, better-fit applications.
