Information we collect

• Account identifiers and authentication details.
• Profile preferences and recommendation settings.
• Resume files and extracted profile fields.
• Usage logs required to operate plan-based match runs, ATS checks, and resume builds.
• History and result records associated with your account and plan.
• Daily matching and email-delivery events for Premium automation.
• Referral and affiliate information, including referral codes, referred account identifiers, commission records, and payout email addresses when you join the affiliate program.
• For employers: company details, contact and verification information, job-posting content, application questions, selected listing plan, payment and review status, and listing performance or promotion records.
• For candidates who apply to a SWARA job: the information submitted in the application, which may include name, email, location, experience, education, resume, answers to employer questions, and the resulting match context.
• Public job-listing information, including the role, employer, location, work mode, employment type, requirements, salary information when provided, and listing dates.

How we use data

Data is used to run account features, personalize job-match ranking, enforce daily usage limits by plan, generate ATS and resume insights, deliver Premium daily match emails, track referrals and affiliate commissions, publish and review employer listings, process employer payments, route applications to the relevant employer, provide match context, troubleshoot technical issues, prevent abuse, and improve service reliability.

Employer listings and applications

Employers use SWARA to create a company profile, publish a job listing, add application questions, and review applications. Candidates choose whether to apply. When you submit an application, the information you provide is shared with the employer that posted the role so the employer can evaluate your application. Employers are responsible for how they use candidate information after receiving it, and their own privacy practices may also apply.

Age restrictions and children's privacy

SWARA is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a user is under 13, we will delete their account and data promptly. To report such cases, contact support@swaraai.xyz.

Referral and affiliate tracking

If you visit SWARA through a referral link, we may store the referral code in your browser and associate it with your account at checkout. Affiliate participants may provide a PayPal email for payouts. Referral dashboards show anonymized leaderboard names and commission amounts; we do not publicly display full account emails or full names in leaderboard views.

Third-party services

SWARA uses third-party providers for authentication, infrastructure, analytics, payment processing, affiliate payout administration, and optional advertising services. These providers process limited data needed to deliver their services and operate under their own privacy terms and security controls.

Ads and cookies

The service may display ads on selected pages. Advertising and analytics partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure, and improve ads and site performance as permitted by applicable law.

Google AdSense disclosure

SWARA may use Google AdSense to serve advertisements. Google and its partners may use cookies to personalize ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Data retention

We retain account and usage data only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records for billing and security, administer job listings and applications, and satisfy legal obligations. Job-posting, application, payment, and moderation records may be retained for operational, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes even after an account or listing is closed. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting support@swaraai.xyz; deletion may be limited where retention is required or where information has already been shared with an employer as part of an application.

Security safeguards

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and resume data, including access controls and operational monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but we continuously review and improve our controls.
