Service description

SWARA provides account-based job discovery, recommendation, ATS analysis, and resume enhancement features. The service does not guarantee interviews, offers, or hiring outcomes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use SWARA. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for account security, provided profile data accuracy, and any activity performed under your account credentials.

Plans, billing, and feature access

Plan pricing is listed in USD and billing periods may be updated over time. Current limits, feature entitlements, and export options are displayed on the pricing page and at checkout.

  • Free includes 1 job category, limited daily match runs, ATS checks, and resume builds.
  • Pro includes 2 job categories, DOCX + PDF downloads, deeper history workflows, and expanded daily limits (15 ATS checks and 15 resume builds per day).
  • Premium includes 3 job categories, unlimited match runs, 30 daily ATS checks and resume builds, web browser extension.

Employer job postings and applications

Employers may use SWARA to create a company profile, submit a job listing, add application questions, select a listing plan, and review candidate applications. Employers must provide accurate, current, and lawful information; have the right to represent the company and role; and comply with applicable employment, privacy, advertising, and anti-discrimination laws.

  • Listings may be subject to payment confirmation, verification, and review before publication. SWARA may reject, pause, edit for safety or formatting, expire, or remove a listing that is inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms.
  • Listing plans and any optional featured or social-promotion benefits affect listing visibility or distribution only. Payment does not guarantee impressions, applications, interviews, hiring, or any other outcome.
  • Employers may receive candidate profile and application information, including resumes and match context, when a candidate applies. That information may be used only for legitimate evaluation and hiring related to the relevant role and must not be sold, misused, or used for discrimination, spam, or unrelated outreach.
  • Candidates are responsible for reviewing a listing and the employer before applying. By submitting an application, a candidate authorizes SWARA to send the submitted application information to the employer for hiring review.

Affiliate program

Eligible users may join the SWARA affiliate program and receive a referral link. Unless changed in writing, affiliate commissions are 30% of eligible subscription payments actually received by SWARA, calculated from the USD subscription price before refunds, chargebacks, taxes, payment processor fees, currency conversion differences, and promotional adjustments.

  • Affiliate payouts are sent through PayPal when the affiliate has provided a valid payout email.
  • The minimum payout is $20, and pending commissions may be reviewed for fraud, abuse, refunds, chargebacks, or self-referrals before payment.
  • Self-referrals, misleading promotion, spam, paid search bidding on SWARA brand terms, or attempts to manipulate attribution may result in denied commissions or removal from the program.
  • SWARA may update, pause, or end the affiliate program prospectively, including commission rates and payout timing.

Acceptable use

  • Do not abuse, automate unauthorized access to, or overload platform services.
  • Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
  • Do not attempt to bypass plan limits or platform safeguards.
  • Do not abuse referral tracking, create self-referrals, or misrepresent SWARA pricing, features, or outcomes.
  • Do not post fraudulent, discriminatory, deceptive, unlawful, or misleading jobs or application questions.
  • Do not use candidate information for spam, discrimination, resale, or a purpose unrelated to evaluating the advertised role.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SWARA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use.
